The Electric Spokes Co. General return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers, books or magazines, certain apparel items such as helmets, shoes, gloves, jackets, shirts, pants and other personal garments, and as well all clearance items and special order items (such as custom color bikes, trikes or special options orders). All of these sales are considered final.
All bicycles, trikes, skateboards, and scooter sales are final. If an order is placed online and has shipped, we cannot refund the order. Once the product has left the warehouse, the sale is final. As well, no vehicle can be resold as “new” if it has left the shop. All custom ordered parts or vehicle sales are also final. This is specifically for batteries, conversion kits, motors, bikes, skateboards, scooters, recumbents, and any other type of vehicle.
*Regarding returns of e-vehicles such as E-bikes, boards and scooters; if it is determined that the vehicle was damaged due to shipping method or carrier handling, we will issue a RMA for the return. The return will also contain specific Hazmat labeling and hazmat certification labels for the item. Please follow the directions closely has severe penalties can be levied against you if the item being shipped is not labeled correctly with the proper certification. The sender can be held liable if shipping a dangerous goods item.
For general merchandise returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it appeared in the store. It must also be in the original packaging including tags, documents, and any additional accessories.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-electric item returns. Once your return is received and inspected, Electric Spokes Co. will email a confirmation notice that the item has been received. If the item meets the return policy conditions, a credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
